Soooo, three months into his new marriage, pop star Nicki Minaj’s brother Jelani, gets pinched by the police for raping a child. According to NewsDay, TMZ and other reports Jelani Minaj was charged with the crime of first-degree rape, first-degree sexual conduct against a child, the child is said to be 12 years of age. The charges were process on Long Island, NY in Nassau County, Minjai was released from the Nassau County jail after bail of $100,000 was paid.

Detail of the crime are sketchy at best, it hasn’t been released when this rape, took place as in a time frame before or after his wedding of a few months ago. Nicki Minaj who paid out $30,000 to help cover costs of her brother’s wedding hasn’t released a statement of any kind.
