Raquel Ervin, a teenager from Dakota City, became the sidekick and close ally of the superhero Icon. Icon is an alien with incredible powers who crash-landed on Earth in the 19th century and took on a human form. Inspired by Icon’s actions, Raquel decided to become a hero herself and took on the codename Rocket.

Rocket possesses the ability to manipulate kinetic energy, allowing her to fly, create force fields, and project powerful concussive blasts. She is known for her strong sense of justice and determination to protect her community. Rocket and Icon have appeared together in various comic book series within the Milestone Universe, such as “Icon” and “Static.”

It’s important to note that the Milestone Media characters, including Rocket, were originally published under the Milestone Comics imprint. However, in recent years, DC Comics has integrated the Milestone characters into the wider DC Universe.
